Peter Fishbach, Consultant

Celebrity Chef Peter J. Fischbach is a well accomplished award winning chef with a proven track record for success. Chef Fischbach was classically trained by such esteemed European Chefs as Frederick Muller, Franco Napier & Wolfgang Gellar and was trained at the Academy of Culinary Arts. He has had his recipes published in Gourmet Magazine and the Shore Gourmet Cook Book.

Bruno DiFabio

Bruno literally grew up in a kitchen and started cooking at an early age in his grandfather's restaurant, the famous "Tony's Italian Kitchen" in NYC. After winning five World Pizza Championships he became one the most critically acclaimed pizza makers in the USA. Al Pacino, Mike Myers, Faith Hill, Harry Connick, Jr, and Sarah Jessica Parker have all hired Bruno and all rave about his famous pizza.
